Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AYA Twin, operated by Saxena Tech LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using AYA Twin, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AYA Twin. By using the product, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Beta product

AYA Twin is currently in beta. This means:

  • The product is pre-release and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
  • Features may change or be removed without notice
  • The service may experience downtime or interruptions
  • We provide the product “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind

By using AYA Twin during beta, you understand and accept these conditions.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up
  • One person, one account. Do not share your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use AYA Twin for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the product
  • Use the product to generate content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
  • Use the product to generate spam, malware, or content intended to deceive
  • Resell or sublicense the product without our written permission
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the product in bulk

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or import into AYA Twin. By using the product, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We will not use your private content to train AI models or share it with third parties for their commercial purposes.

AI-generated content

AYA Twin uses third-party AI models (from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) to generate responses, synthesize profiles, and provide features. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should not rely on AI-generated output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

The Pulse feature

The Pulse feature uses your name and other information you provide to search publicly available sources and synthesize a personal profile. This profile is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You can review, edit, or delete your Pulse data at any time.

Fees and payment

AYA Twin is currently free during the beta period. Paid plans will be introduced after beta. We will notify you in advance before any charges apply to your account, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged.

Termination

You may stop using AYA Twin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

Disclaimer of warranties

AYA Twin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saxena Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use AYA Twin. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the product shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saxena Tech LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of AYA Twin, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
